I have tested turkey bacon for years and it’s always been substandard basically processed colored baloney. This particular turkey bacon is made up of individual pieces compressed together of turkey and then after cooking it tastes quite a lot like real bacon enough to make me happy.

This turkey bacon is different from the package type in the grocery stores. I highly recommend uncured! You get more of the meaty taste and it cooks well in the air fryer. This was another huge breakfast hit on our Airbnb excursion during the 4th of July weekend. Will definitely be purchasing this again!

I was very weary to try but my only regret is waiting so long. This is a great alternative to bacon which I love, but not the nitrates and preservatives. I cooked it in the oven after spraying lightly with olive oil. to crisp. This bacon is yummy and clean up is a breeze. Love that it's from an employee owned company too.
