This product tastes very close to pork bacon but is not exactly the same. However--who cares? It has a great smoky flavor and is just as good as pork bacon when adding a smoky bacon flavor to dishes. It is definitely much healthier (I need to add a little olive oil to the pan to keep it from sticking when frying). I use it a lot when cooking collards and other greens. It also makes a good healthy addition to quiches and hot dishes. It also tastes great by itself but don't expect it to be exactly like pork bacon.

The taste was very good, not rubbery and reminded us of Canadian Bacon. We enjoyed it but I wasn't prepared for how quickly it spoiled and sadly wasted a lot. Time goes by very fast in the uncured world so in the future I need to break this package down and freeze it or cook it up all at once.

Great flavor, thick cut, best turkey bacon ever made. I have an allergy that prevents me from eating meat other than poultry or fish. The turkey bacon options for me are usually thin, papery, poor substitutes but this Godshall's bacon has been a game changer for me! I love the flavor, the way it fries up and the thick cut makes it perfect. I have used it as a replacement for ham in soup recipes even and it really kicks up the flavor.

Godshall's Uncured Turkey Bacon is the VERY BEST! We will use no other. Young and old love it ! It is a hit every time. Good taste without all the fat. We buy the 40 oz. size and break it up into 7 portions and place it in freezer baggies and place in freezer, and take them out when needed. Best Turkey Bacon Out THERE!

I've been buying Godahalls Uncured turkey "bacon" for the past 5 years. I love the texture, taste and aroma of this product. A huge bonus is that it doesn't have harmful chemicals and it's already cooked, so can be eaten hot or cold. I buy it in quantities, separate 6 to 8 pieces, and freeze them in food saver bags. Defrost in the fridge the night before use. Love it and recommend it.

This was my first time in a Sam's Club. I normally shop at the other wholesale club because it's closer to me. This Turkey bacon was one of the best finds. I got excited when I saw it because this is the brand I buy but can only get it in a small package in the supermarket. It was fresh, had a good price, and a good shelf life.

I was really surprised that this Uncured Turkey Bacon went over well with my family . The taste will definitely make your taste buds go wild with curiosity.. The bacon cooks up evenly,does not shrink or become rubbery. I know that it's a hit when I had my son ask where did I get it from and Demanded we definitely get more. Oh boy, I finally get to enjoying my fix of bacon. Without any regrets or added weight gain!!!

My visit to the Longmont Colorado Sam's Club to purchase Turkey Bacon and Black grapes was a DISASTER. When I arrived at Sam's I first went to the fuel station to fill my cars gas tank. I selected Scan and Go to tfill my car's tank. Scan and Go was unable to authorize but when I submitted the card to the scanner the transaction went through. The same thing happened when I tried to check out inside Sam's. Scan and Go would not recognize my Sam's Club credit card even after carefully entering the card number. I used self checkout and there my card was recognized. This has never happened to me and It'd very disappointing. I hope someone and take a look at the Scan and Go system too resolve this problem. I have been using Scan and Go and Sam's Wifi sense Scan and Go was made available.

I have tested turkey bacon for years and it’s always been substandard basically processed colored baloney. This particular turkey bacon is made up of individual pieces compressed together of turkey and then after cooking it tastes quite a lot like real bacon enough to make me happy.

Love that this is turkey bacon is uncured, the size and flavor! I didn't used to like cooking it but now I put on a cookie sheet on parchment paper at 400 for approx 17 minutes. I turn the oven off and flip it and leave in until the rest of the meal is ready!
