I usually like a Cajun spice from Riley’s (best mix out there). But that’s not around lately at Sam’s so I picked up a the Bang Bang. I’ve only used it once, but it worked well on scallops. Shrimp is next.

I put this on everything I eat anymore. It’s so good! It’s sweet and spicy at the same time so it goes with meat and vegetables. Definitely worth a try!

More sweet then spicy.

I always check the spice aisle to see what's new. I'm glad I decided to give this one a try. It is really good with just the right amount of heat and sweetness. I toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and this seasoning and roast in a covered sheet pan for 20 minutes at 450 degrees and 10 minutes or so uncovered to get a nice crust on the bottom.
