We have tried this on two different dishes. The first dish I used the seasoning as a rub on pork chops and let it marinate over night. I fried them up in olive oil and they were good. The seasoning could use a little bit more heat to balance out the sweetness that is noticeable. Family liked it.

A nice sweet heat and a very unique flavor. I used it on skinny potato fries sliced and baked in the oven. It had a Asian spice flare so it would pair well on chicken and steak. Its not overly spicy which is nice in order to add additional spices to it as well.

The Bang Bang name caught my attention and I was not disappointed. I first tried it as a rub on some chicken breast and thighs. It was the perfect blend of sweet with a kick of spicy flavor. It has a medium heat, with enough flavor and spice but not overpoweringly hot. Has a touch of sweet, garlic bbq flavor, balancing out the spicy chili pepper. My husband mixed it in with burgers on the grill and it was amazing. I am thinking it would be great added to asparagus or other veggies. This has quickly become a favorite of our family.

My family likes this spice. I have used it on chicken, pork and beef and it gives a sweet lightly spicy taste. I sprinkle it on hamburgers while cooking and it gives the burgers flavor. It goes great with cheese and bacon on the burger. This is a spice I will buy again.

I used this seasoning on strip steak to make a stir fry and it was good. It’s a little sweet but more spicy. I got the medium heat which was a little spicy for my taste but it has a good flavor. You can also make it into sauce by mixing it with Mayo which would tone down the spice.

Love it. Well it may be a little bit on the sweet side we really did enjoy it. We are not fans of mayonnaise which is how the directions were recommended to repair it so I used olive oil and then cooked the chicken in the oven. This did definitely dilute the flavor so then we ended up sprinkling some extra on top while we are eating let’s give it a nice kick of spice. You definitely do taste the sweetness in the seasoning it’s not a seasoning mix that I would use every time but it is a nice change when you’re trying to come up with something for dinner.

This seasoning has been a big hit. As soon as I opened the container and smelled the aroma I knew I'd love it. Haven't tried it as a sauce yet (option on container) but definitely taste the sweetness/spiciness. I think the balance of the flavors is just right. I will say the medium kick is a bit much for one of my daughters but I don't think it's more kick than your average hot sauce. Would recommend.

So I was at our State Fair and bought some roasted corn in a cup. The vendor had seasonings to add, and one of them was this Bang Bang Seasoning from Members Mark. It took my cup of corn over the top, so when I saw it in my club, and how reasonably it was priced, I had to get it. The packaging has a recipe of 1/4 cup mayo plus 1 Tblsp Seasoning, so I made some that night. The next morning, I made a sandwich of sliced cheddar and rye bread for lunch - usually I use plain mayo, but this time I used the Bang Bang sauce. Y'all, can I tell you this was the most outrageously delicious cheese sandwich I've ever had. It's got a little sweetness, and then it's like a POW - YUM spicy kick! I'm going to try this in pimiento cheese spread - homemade or store bought. I know it's going to be a winner. Using it as a burger condiment might just become my new favorite. Hold up now - as a dipping sauce for chicken strips? I'm gonna try that tonight! I can't stop thinking about ways to use this stuff, but they say it's seasonal, so I better go back to the club and get a few more containers before it's gone.
