At first taste directly from the bottle it’s sweet yet spicy. The coloring was great on the ribs we smoked. We also used this on pulled pork and will definitely buy this again. My husband is hoping they offer this in the larger container since we have several large BBQs throughout the year.

We have tried this on two different dishes. The first dish I used the seasoning as a rub on pork chops and let it marinate over night. I fried them up in olive oil and they were good. The seasoning could use a little bit more heat to balance out the sweetness that is noticeable. Family liked it.

My family likes this spice. I have used it on chicken, pork and beef and it gives a sweet lightly spicy taste. I sprinkle it on hamburgers while cooking and it gives the burgers flavor. It goes great with cheese and bacon on the burger. This is a spice I will buy again.
