I’m planning on trying this weekend on chicken but I’m pretty sure it’s going to be good

This seasoning is pretty good but I do agree it is mostly sugar. I used this to season some chicken and this doesn't really give me szechuan flavor, mostly sweet and spicy. I did enjoy it for the sweet and spicy taste but won't use this for any "Asian" inspired cuisine as I didn't really pick up the garlic and ginger flavor like I hoped.
