I had two boxes that were ruined due to mold. The mold was present because of the common habit of leaving food in the containers too long. My kids are instructed to bring their lunch boxes to the sink now so I may clean the containers immediately. That said, I contacted customer service and Reymon offered to replace the two boxes! I appreciate it much. Some companies may not be so generous. Bentgo truly cares for their customers and delivers excellent products. .

This lunch box has been my kids favorite as it holds his sandwich and fruits and treat all in one box without touching. There is a partition for the larger population, but wet items will seep thru the bottom. Thought it is dishwasher safe, I'd say wash it by hand because the rubber seals are sensitive to the heat in the drying cycle and especially if it is resting on the wires in the washer. The customer service is phenomenal and speedy in taking feedback and satisfying my needs for my kids lunchbox.

Our family has 6 Bentgo Fresh containers! We purchased our first about six years ago, loved it so much we purchased the three pack. We love the versatility, leak proof spaces, and ease of cleaning. We also have owned 4 Bentgo lunch bags over the years. They are well made, and the customer service is very responsive!

We have been using the Bentgo kids lunch boxes for years, but needed to add some new boxes to our collection so that my growing kids could take full size sandwiches and other larger items. The Bentgo Fresh is awesome and has the removable divider to offer even more versatility—my kids love their new Bentgos! We have four of these boxes for my son and he absolutely loves them. We started using them last year and it has made packing lunch easy for school! He can open it himself, and we even got the matching book bag for him. We did have a minor problem, but customer service was quick and easy as well. I will definitely continue to recommend these to others and will purchase more when my other little one is older!

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! My son has loved his Bentgo box and uses it everyday at school. He has never had any issues with leaking or spilling. It was great for him to be able to see all of his food at once and it always came back empty! No need to fumble with multiple containers or lids, which is awesome for me and him! When the latch mechanism broke, the Bentgo customer service were excellent to deal with and are willing to replace it!

My daughter has used Bentgo boxes since 2020 upon returning to school. These have been awesome for lunches, and even leftovers look fancy in it (a friend who works lunch duty at school commented to me that the lunches are Pinterest worthy. Umm leftover cut up pizza and grapes? We accidentally threw away the inside divider and Bentgo is sending us a new one for FREE. Wow.

There are so many lunchbox options these days and we have been very happy with our purchases with Bentgo. The boxes are easy to use, fun to interchange parts, and easy to clean! I have three kids and getting their lunches prepped and packed is a challenge, I'm glad I have a great product like this to make my mornings a little bit easier.
