I purchased this 9 months ago because it was highly recommended by other parents. Unfortunately the inside tray cracked unexpectedly. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and they shipped me a replacement tray in two days. I’m extremely happy with the product and even more impressed by the customer service.

I love these lunch boxes. My daughter has used hers for 3 years and they still look brand new. I just bought another set for my son but unfortunately lost one of the dividers. Customer service has kindly offered to replace it, free of charge. I have been very happy with the company. I will continue to purchase from lunch boxes and accessories for as long as we need them!

We have been using this for our first child and they love it. The design lends itself to a variety of foods which is important for us as it makes it easier to package healthy and diverse lunches. With our second kid starting school soon we have already bought a second!

I love this glitter box (so does my daughter!) we have a few bentgo boxes and we love them. It’s helpful for my daughter to have only one container to open at lunch with all her different lunch choices available at once, instead of a bunch of different containers for every food. She was struggling to finish her lunch in time at school before we got the bentgo box, now it’s just easier for her.

I've been using these lunchboxes for my three kids for the past three years and have never considered another option! The portion sizes are perfect for my 6/8/10 year olds and I love that everything stays separate. Even ranch dip stays in the little circle in the center when I send veggies. Highly recommend!

My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. We got the blue confetti lunch box and insulated bag for my son about 2 months ago. The shell of the lunch box is see through and feels much thinner than our previous box (monster truck print). Within a little over a month of normal school use, the lid of the shell was broken. We had to switch back to the monster truck box while waiting on our replacement. On the upside, the customer service was super quick to respond. With a couple of pictures in an email, they were shipping out a new one to be here in 2 to 5 days! I love our Bentgo products, we have a lot of them. This is the first issue we have had and they handled it very well!

Both kids (6, 8 yo) use these daily for their lunches. It has made lunch preparation so much easier, especially when they come home empty. The kindergartner dropped her box and a snap popped off. She didn't realize it could pop back in and threw it away. Customer service replied in less than 24 hours and is mailing a replacement.

This has been so wonderful this year for my daughter in kindergarten. It is easy to open and fits a half sandwich or 2 cupcake sized liners for crackers and meat. It is the perfect size for her lunch box and keeps everything separate which is a huge deal for some little kids.

This is our second style of Bentgo lunchbox, our kid outgrew the "kid" one so we moved to this model. It really does stand up to our standards, the compartments keep items from flowing into each other and the box itself never leaks. I like that we can use with or without the divider, depending on what lunch is packed. The colors are fun and it's easy to open/close.
