We had been loving our Bentgo lunchbox but after a few months of use we notice mold around the silicone area. Contacted customer service and right away they were able to send a replacement.

I bought the purple kids lunch box and one of the hinges came out of its socket. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and are sending me a replacement.

These lunchboxes have been the only thing to withstand my toddlers’ lunchtimes at school! They’re durable and fun, and should anything happen their customer service is quick and friendly. Thank you Bentgo! :)

We love this! I love that it has a divider so my son can take a sandwich or something one day & on other days take it out & put a salad in it which it’s the perfect size for that! I also love that I can add other little snacks too! The best!!
