We brought these for our kids for school lunch and they wonderful. The portions area are just perfect. One of my containers had a minor issue, called customer service and they helped me right away with a replacement. Will be purchasing more products in the future and would definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks again for great customer service.

Got as a gift a few years ago (2-3 years), it looks exactly the same as when I got it! I think it could have lasted a lot longer (be sure to follow care/cleaning instructions)! My kid is always excited to discover what's for lunch and honestly I find packing lunch to be enjoyable myself. The different size/shaped compartments inspire me to mix things up and make it fun. It's like a box of chocolates but lunch!

I have had 2 of these for my son & he uses them 3-5 times a week to take lunch to school. I have had no leaks, no broken latches & no real issues with these the whole time. We have the same 2 bentgo fresh boxes we started out with 2 years ago & they are doing great.

I have a son on the spectrum and it was CHALLENGE to provide him lunch because he is very specific about textures and smells. For a long time I struggled to find a lunchbox that doesn't mix all the different snacks together and is also affordable and I am glad that I took a chance and its been holding very well as. Would highly recommend!!

I have loved these lunch boxes for years when I was a preschool teacher, and I finally got to buy one for my own toddler this year. She loves her unicorn bentgo box and the compartments make it easy for mom to pack her a variety of foods for preschool! I didn’t know until tonight that the company is wonderful and responsive when they replied and problem solved immediately a piece that I wanted to replace. I will continue to buy and recommend their products :)

My Bentgo lunch box had a broken front part that helped with opening and closing, and I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacements of that part. Not only did they respond quickly, but they went above and beyond by shipping me a whole new Bentgo product free of charge! I was blown away by their generosity and kindness. I absolutely love love this lunchbox I pack lunch for my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The compartments sizes are perfect for big and average appetite.Things I love about it: 1- I can pack liquify stuff and IT DOES NOT LEAK 2- it allows my kids to have a variety of food 3-Super easy to clean for a busy mom/dad 4- Great for Portion Control 5-Kids can open and close it without help which is sometimes required in preschool 6-They have great designs too Definitely recommend especially that their customers service are really good and it has a 2 year warranty!

When my child started preschool, I looked at many different kids lunchboxes from stainless steel to all in one kits. I landed on this one because out of all of them, this one gave us the most bang for our buck in addition to the ease of use for toddler hands. I bought a few more so that I didn’t have to constantly wash the same one each night. The only (minor) issue we have has so far is that the rubber outer ring developed a small hole. I emailed customer service & they responded immediately & offered to send me a replacement. The kind representatives & their ability to stand by their product will make me a customer for life. Word of advice, do not put the outer container in the dishwasher as it is recommended to hand wash.

I got this lunch box for our daughter to take to daycare. I like the compartments, they are perfect size for small lunches. The box is sturdy and holds up well with traveling back and forth to school. It is easy to clean, however, the rubber seals have developed some black spots. I have tried to clean these off and nothing seems to work, which is disappointing. I called customer service; they were very helpful and are taking care of the issue.

We purchased two bentgo lunchboxes. They are the perfect size for our daughter. Easy for her to open and close. Was not heavy. She loves her food separated. We noticed black spots on the bentgo and emailed customer service. It was covered under warranty and they shipped out new ones. Great customer service. So seem less.
