I recently purchased one of these and was quite disappointed that when I opened the box the divider wasn't included. However, their customer service is great! I emailed them with the issue and they sent out a replacement right away. Their service is as great as their products.

I bought the kids bentgo In July of 2021. We have used it borderline everyday since then. I love this thing, it was easy for my kindergartner to open, I have never had a problem with leaking, my child loves all the options he has for lunch and I love not having to use bags for everything. It recently broke, I sent an email and in 12 hours they placed a new one in the mail! I’ll be a customer forever!

Purchased one of these for my daughter for pre-k and it has made packing lunch and snack so much easier. Bentgo, also has great customer service- I contacted them after experiencing an issue and they worked with me to resolve things quickly! Definitely recommend!

Bentgo is the only lunch box I've used for my daughters since they were in preschool at 3 yrs old. After searching lunch box options I came across Bentgos and I'm so glad I did! They are now in Elementary school and continue to use Bentgo. They tell me how it puts a smile on their face when they open it and they love eating from them. The way the sections are divided is perfect. It allows for a variety and its always fun to get creative, including the fruits and vegetables. As a parent, it is so fulfilling to see that they're eating all their lunch, and the Bentgos definitely work out great!

We loved this bentgo. My daughter has been using since she turned 2 and it’s been easy for her to open herself. It holds the right amount of food for her large appetite. Usually no leaks from Fruit juices and yogurt . For watermelon I usually cut up half a paper towel and place it right under.. 8 months in , we did have a problem with mold and some cracks in the rubber seal . At first I thought it was blueberry stain but then it spread . I also noticed mold under the rubber seal at the outer edges. We hand wash and air dry it everyday . I emailed customer service a year and 3 months later after we purchased and got a Reply the next day. Hoping we get a replacement soon!

I have been packing lunches for my kids in Bentgo boxes since they started school 7 years ago! I love how they can hold favorite items like apple sauce and yogurt without leaking. Great product that my kids love to use for lunch and on the go snacks in the car. I like know the food is kept separate and won’t get smashed in a baggie. No leakage problems and very sturdy. It’s the perfect size for my kindergartner. The inner seal did start to wear, but customer service was wonderful and took care of my concerns.

I purchased this for my 5 year old daughter for school. She absolutely loves this because her food stays nicely in place and makes her lunch eating experience great when not at home. This is easy to use for little hands as she doesn’t even ask for help when using. Her favorite thing to eat is baby pancakes with strawberries, goldfish, yogurt and syrup and cookies. The small circular compartment is perfect for her syrup and she loves that nothing gets all ‘squished together’! I feel confident in her eating her daily lunch with this cute little bento box!

We’ve been using bentgo boxes for our kids since our oldest started pre-k 7 years ago. The boxes have grown with our kids who now use the Bentgo Fresh boxes. 8 can fit plenty of lunch for my 3 growing boys, while keeping foods that shouldn’t mix separate.
