We bought 6 of these before school started this year and I love them! It makes planning out lunches for my kids really simple. It's also teaching them (and me) better portion control. The boxes have held up very well and are easy for even my 5 year old to open and close on her own. Out of the 6 we had a little trouble with one of the boxes. The insert did not like to go into the outer shell without a serious fight. I reached out to customer service about the issue. I was surprised with how quickly a real human answered the phone and offered a solution. From the first ring to saying thanks was about 5 minutes. Best customer service I have received in a long time! I highly recommend Bentgo Kids boxes for the product quality and the customer service!

I have this box in 3 different colors and it is one of my favorites (I have 4 other kinds of Bentgo boxes). The insert is super easy to take in and out for washing, it keeps my children's food separated for easy and fun consumption, and it fits very nicely in a standard size children's lunch box. My only request is to make the inside divider harder to take out as it pops out too easily and can fall into the trash can when dumping food out. Keep coming out with great products - we love them all!

We have 3 of these and absolutely love them! The larger compartment allows for sandwiches and then the space can be divided smaller for 4 spots instead of 3! We use this for my kindergartener and it's sturdy and spacious enough for daily lunch! Keeps food separate and in place and there aren't a bunch of little containers getting lost! Will definitely be buying more for our other kids when it's school lunch time for them!

I bought this product on nov 2022 for my 4 year old. We love the space and ease and durability of the box. The mold is an issue. We have washed and air dried them over night but not sure why there is mold growing on it. We absolutely love the box and would recommend it to anyone, however not sure why this caught mold on the rubber lining so fast.

I bought this lunch box for my daughter who is 5. She can open and close it easily! No spills and the size of the different compartments is perfect for her school lunch. We lost the divider and Bentgo's customer service was amazing! They send us a replacement straight away. However, if you're looking for a light weight box, you might find this one rather heavy.

I absolutely love love this lunchbox I pack lunch for my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The compartments sizes are perfect for big and average appetite.Things I love about it: 1- I can pack liquify stuff and IT DOES NOT LEAK 2- it allows my kids to have a variety of food 3-Super easy to clean for a busy mom/dad 4- Great for Portion Control 5-Kids can open and close it without help which is sometimes required in preschool 6-They have great designs too Definitely recommend especially that their customers service are really good and it has a 2 year warranty!

Bought this for my 2 year old to bring her lunch to “school”. We love it. I love the size of the compartments and that they are individually sealed when the box is closed- keeps dry contents crisp and totally separate from moist contents. My 2 year old opens and closes it independently.

My nieces love their fairies and puppies lunch boxes! They are very cute and good quality. We highly recommend these for school or vacations. when we first found these it was a little hard to decide which one to order... but we found the perfect ones! this was my nieces first day having one of the bentgo boxes so they did not know what to do. now it is going good! the thing i kind of dislike is that when the bigger niece (or both) trys to close their boxes, it is hard because the underneath part is annoying. but the rest is going great! they both love their bentgo boxes!

This product is amazing! I purchased this for my toddler to use at daycare. The daycare actually suggested it. I love that the clips are easy for her little fingers to open and everything is in one place! She doesn’t have to open multiple things! I also love that the tray can easily be popped into the dishwasher! I love the portion size! It helps me to not send too much food! I’ve had friends have issues with the silicone portion (that seals the box on the top) staining when they send any kind of marinara sauce, but I’ve gotten around that! If I send anything that I think might stain the silicone on the box, I cover the top of tray with press-n-seal before closing and sealing the box. This way, the press-n-seal protects that silicone when you finally close the box to seal it. I always use a plastic wrap of some sort on the top of the tray before I close to seal the box! Note: press-n-seal works best for sauces. Make sure not to use the press-n-seal every time though! Rotate it between regular plastic wrap, because the press-n-seal will leave a sticky residue over time that you’ll need to scrub off. So, unless your sending a sauce, just use regular plastic wrap! This product is easy to clean, pack, and carry! It keeps the warm stuff warm and the cool stuff cool! I also love their customer support! They are super helpful with replacements if there is ever an issue! I called them about a replacement part for our Bentgo Fresh box and they had me taken care of so quickly! They were so incredibly kind and easy to work with! I don’t think I’ll ever use another product! At first, I was worried about the cost, but it’s definitely worth the money!

I bought the fairies for my daughter and recently the clasp broke. Sent an email to customer service (Nicolas) and offered a complimentary replacement. He responded to my initial email same day. Very happy with the service and we really loved this product. My daughter was so sad that it broke! But when I told her it will be replaced - she was happy!
