I really love this lunch box. I bought a lovely red Bentgo fresh about 2 months ago from a place here in Australia. Was a bit more expensive than I would usually pay, but I had heard good things. I've been very happy with it so far... except, I do have concerns over the divder piece. I see that Bentgo fantastically has a number of replacement parts available, but no replacement divider pieces! Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed in this. Accidents happen and our divider has gone missing. Unfortunately I'm not able to replace this part on its own, which honestly seems a bit short-sighted on Bentgo's behalf. Other than that, I find the lunch box to be decent quality, a good size, nice array of colours. I hope it passes the test of time!

I love my Bentgo lunch box and have been using it for a number of year for my kids. It's the perfect portioned out spaces for children 6-7 years old and under. It's easy to wash and you can really take it with you anywhere: vacation, on the airplane, school, or a one day outing. You get creative with what you can put in those compartments too!

I ordered two for my granddaughters, they had asked for them at Christmas, after not finding what I wanted in stores, I ordered online, they came quickly, packaging is great for gift giving. The product and Customer Service is outstanding. I definitely will be ordering more for gifts. Thank you

I was given a three pack of this lunch box as a gift and the have worked great for her. I did notice that the outer portion developed mold but after contacting their customer service team they are replacing them under the warranty. Hopefully it was simply a one time fluke with the mold because other than that they have been wonderfully convenient and easy for my daughter to use.

So we’ve used this bentgo fresh for 1.5 years and love it! Someone it got cracked on the back and customer service was fantastic and had a new one shipped out to me the day after I wrote to them. The 2 year warranty is great! We’ve always had wonderful customer service and my boys both love their boxes. They are easy for kids to open, which a lot of bento boxes are not. And they keep everything separate with room for all the lunch components! Perfect size.

This Bentgo box has been a lifesaver in school lunches! Absolutely worth every penny for the secure leakproof container. I don't have to worry about which position to put this box whether in a school bag or lunch bag, it'll keep your food safe including any loose sauces etc! We loved our other Bentgo box that I got for my son last year and now since he turned 5, we kept that one and bought this one as well if I want to give him an even bigger portion! It is totally worth it for all ages! And I highly recommend Bentgo to everyone! Plus their customer service team is top notch and super helpful!!!! 10/10!

We've been using the bentgo lunch box for approximately 9 months and are pleased for the most part. The compartments are helpful sizes, and the lid ensures that there is no spills or leaks. However, the rubber lining on the inside of the lid has developed several (what I believe are) mildew stains that will not come out despite proper care. We're overall happy with the product, but have been frustrated with the mildew stains. Quick Customer Service action to replace it (which they offered to do as soon as we contacted them) was appreciated. Hoping the next one doesn't have this same issue.

My son used this for two years until the little plastic tabs that keep the latches closed broke. Bentgo stood by the product even though it was past warranty and offered a replacement. Do be careful not to overload the box and make sure the lid closes easily to extend the life of these little tabs as long as possible.

To say we love our Bentgo box is an understatement. We use our box for school, picnics, road trips, and more. We take this container everywhere we go. Great quality. No issues with mold and simple to clean. Just purchased a Bentgo lunch bag and Can’t wait to try it out this school year. Some of the best customer service I’ve received in years.

I work in an elementary school. These boxes are all the rage. When I noticed my daughter was one of the only kids not to have one, I had to get her one. I love how easy it is to pack lunch each day. I do not have to look for different Tupperware for all of the different items I send in for her. I love that the compartments are air tight and do not leak into one another (I can put in Ranch without it getting all over everything). I highly recommend!
