You are either disgusted by these things or you're like me and you love them to death. Normally found at gas stations and convenience store counters, Big Mamas are an acquired taste and it's usually best to avoid reading the list of ingredients on what's in these things. I love most things pickled (eggs, peppers, etc.), and these are an awesome snack to go with your evening beer. You cannot eat them every day for obvious reasons, but they are a satisfying pickled sausage whenever the craving for something vinegary and spicy strikes. I prefer Big Mamas to Tijuana Mamas (although I love these too) because they're far more forgiving on my digestive system. I can eat these and not worry about what the next morning is going to be like!
