The absorbency just keeps going down over the years, they used to be way more absorbent than they are now. And the new XL size is a bad joke, many people need larger versions of this product but they just slightly extended the outer shell, without extending the padding, that means even if someone manages to fit in them, they will have more leaks, because they don't have full coverage of the padding. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because their are actually worse products on the market. It's amazing how little people care about incontinent people, diapers aren't just for babies, please stop the age and size bigotry. And Please get the absorbency back to it's former level, the highest absorbency possible, I hate leaks. Isn't the whole point of these products to prevent leaks? Well you've failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kiddo is 140lbs and honestly the XL were starting to get too small. The New XXL are great l, honestly they fit him better than any pull-up that he has used in the last five years since he was 11 years old, 40 pound lighter and wore the old Goodnites L/XL size. They are perfectly sized for a teenager in a way no other product has come close. The performance is also vastly improved. He used occasional leak but given the much higher rise on these XXL and greater absorbency it seems like that won’t be a problem again for many more years. Son agrees and said they were the comfiest fit he has had in years and fits him like Goodnites used to when he was a young kid. The fit really does seems similar to how Huggies overnight fit my toddler so there maybe less discretion for kids using these to sleepovers. But honestly dry nights are more important. Only complaint from my son was “they look like old man pants”. I agree the prints (or lack thereof) are rather subdued for kids underpants.

They are well designed with a pad that goes all the way to the top of the garment which is helpful for males. The absorption was better than some bedwetting products, but they still had some tendency to leak a bit.

The patterns are awesome. He doesnt feel embarrassed to wear them. He doesnt feel like he is wearing a diaper or a pull up. If your kid needs these Go for it!

My son has accidents six out of seven nights. It only works 10% of the time. I have to wash his bedding and night clothes most mornings. He is 60 lbs and 48 inches tall. I wish there was a product that worked! He has worn every product available without success. His fluid intake is limited in the evenings as well. Pull-ups are never as absorbent as diapers, but he is too big for diapers. I even had a diaper cover made from a seamstress... If your son is not a sound sleeper and only urinates a small amount, this product is fine. But for a kid this size, the product needs to be better...

Our son is non-verbal with Austism he is 6yrs old but not yet potty trained completely we have been working with him for 4 years now and doctors say he will do it when he understands it and I am happy to say he is getting better at going potty on the toilet everyday! He still needs protective underwear for school and when we are out in public and Goodnites have been a blessing for us!! They work wonderfully and fit him so well, they are the ONLY diaper/pull-up pants that we have found that are wide enough, long enough and strong enough to hold our son! I have tried everything on the market, including every pharmacy in town and Goodnites are by far our favorite and his teachers favorite! They are well worth the money, we use them all of the time!!!!

My son wasn't ashamed of having them on at his aunts house when he spent the night. This things are a game changer my son has server sleep apnea. There's are the first ones he wasn't embarrassed to wear you can't notice them when he has his pj's on and it's the first time his bed was completely dry. I am definitely changing to use these . These big boy nighttime pullups work great for my almost 7 year old who still has trouble with wetting the bed, they are comfortable and flexible and have great absorbency. They do happen to leak mysteriously from time to time so i do recommend still using the waterproof sheet but this is the best product like this that i have found and i am very happy with my purchases.
