I have two boys, 7 and 9, that both have struggled with bedwetting. They wore the regular Pullups to bed until a couple of years ago when they decided they were too old to be wearing "diapers." I know it's hard for them as they want to be big, independent kids but after nearly two years of waking them up to take them to the bathroom and changing wet PJs and bedding I decided something had to change. I knew about Goodnites so I visited the website and decided to take the "challenge!" I bought a pack of the S-M for the 7 year old and L-XL for the 9 year old. At first they hated the idea. After a lot of discussion and they saw that the designs were for older kids, not babies or toddlers, and there was an older kid on the pack too they agreed to try them. The next morning they were dry! I asked what they thought, they said it felt different wearing something but soon forgot they had them on, they liked the cool designs, and how they were dry in the morning. We are now a Goodnites family. They both wear them every night and I recommend them for older kids.

I have a 9 year old boy that still wets his bed 7 days a week. We use the goodnights product and it does help a little but almost every morning he wakes up, he is soaked and his bed is too. So I would say they help and I can't imagine what it would be like if he didn't wear them...but he leaks out the side or top and still wakes up wet. :-(

Best underwear and have used your products through 3 boys. However, my youngest son who has Downs syndrome needs a larger size. He is rapidly outgrowing the L/XL. I've tried other products, but none can compare. An adult small in any other brand is still too big.

My son is 8 (very much in the target demographic of this product) and has been in the L/XL size for a year or so, maybe closer to two. I know that the package says that it goes up to 125 pounds, but at 75 pounds, he is starting to have problems with the sides splitting open during the night! Clearly, these just don't fit him well... and they are expensive enough without having to use 2-3/night because they ripped! They either need to make larger sizes (or possibly narrower-ranged, like baby diapers?) or possibly some out with something like a "style A and style B" for different body types so that they fit without leaking.

Compared to the current XL size, we noticed the width of the absorbent pad was the same as the XXL which we felt is too narrow for a males anatomy who has passed puberty. For those who are side sleepers, it would be ideal to have the width of the pad a bit wider to prevent leaks and seal around the legs more. The dual leak guards help some but does not compare to tabbed medical briefs. We buy these since they look more like underwear and not medical diapers. The width of the briefs and frontal coverage was plenty so he was grateful for the fit being comfortable but wishes they had a little more width since he sleeps on his side.

both my boys are age 7 they wear them every night to bed but one thing I learned after supper cut all fluids plus put them on the potty each hour before bed like we eat at 5.00 at 6.00 and 7 .00 we put them on the potty. then bed time this way they will hold the fluid in the underwear. otherwise forget it if there bladder full and do go you will be doing a lot of washing that next morning. just beware try to get them to empty there bladders before bed.

So...we have an older kidlet with Autism and he still needs protection so instead of diapers or pull ups, I'll refer to these as we do around here... "Warrior Catch-All pants" ;) These catch all pants are GREAT! Super absorbent. Often, pull ups are simply designed to catch drips or leaks, they're not up to the job of being called warrior pants, clearly. Well, these puppies can handle it. The only beef? Size down. My warrior moves, jumps and flaps and these can stretch with him, so a snugger fit would be ideal. And my warrior seems pleased with them, so clear bonus points there. Side note: I recieved these free from Influenster to review but these opinions are all my own.

And his parents were happy his bed was dry, and there were no leaks. These fit well, and seemed comfy, and gave him an important night-time boost. Definitely worth trying out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has been a long time coming and a hotly requested one from the Goodnites community. Goodnights finally released a larger size, XXL which will fit older teenagers with bedwetting or incontinent issues. My kid said the fit was way better than the XL and left him with more room and was comfortable to wear during the night. He woke up feeling dry and not concerned about his issues. His only feedback is why the design is so plain, he has boxers that feature Rick and Morty or Star Wars but these almost stand out more with how plain they are.

Has anyone noticed that the new fit leaks? I've contacted the company and they have asked me to help with their quality assurance department. They reimbursed me for my purchase and have been extremely helpful and supportive...however, my 7 year old son now can't sleep through the night - nor myself- because I have to change him and his sheets :( bed wetting runs in our family so I know this will take time to resolve itself...in the meantime I need to find an alternative for him to wear...
