Being a individual that works with special needs individuals I would agree that a bigger size would be great. These are great products these vs traditional pull-ups are just not the same. I have changed many. The individuals I work with love and prefer them.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews, those of us with special needs children need for you to create a larger, more absorbent size. My son will not even try another brand, due to his sensory issues, your brand is the only brand he wants. He is 10 now, and pretty soon he will outgrow these. Please make a larger size available, and quick! Thank you so much for your product!

They are everything we asked for from goodnites to make a bigger pull up. The sides are the same stretchy material and the leg guards are tall enough to keep all accidents in the pull up. Overall this is a great product for any teen or young adult still needing a bedwetting product.

Compared to the current XL size, we noticed the width of the absorbent pad was the same as the XXL which we felt is too narrow for a males anatomy who has passed puberty. For those who are side sleepers, it would be ideal to have the width of the pad a bit wider to prevent leaks and seal around the legs more. The dual leak guards help some but does not compare to tabbed medical briefs. We buy these since they look more like underwear and not medical diapers. The width of the briefs and frontal coverage was plenty so he was grateful for the fit being comfortable but wishes they had a little more width since he sleeps on his side.

I bought these for my son as he’s been having bed wetting issues but when he got too big for the Medium we started getting him large. Now he’s upset every night that he doesn’t have his marvel “underwear” anymore. Overall they work great for us but the designs in larger sizes need to have better designs.

Although my son was concerned they looked like a diaper and at first was resistant after trying them one night he liked them. He said they were comfy and now wears them with no problems. They didn't leak through like other products we have tried in the past.

I am the wife of a mildly autistic husband and mom of our 2yr old daughter. It's hard to understand that for most people the details aren't as important as they are for someone who is very sensitive to rough/non-conforming clothing. My daughter tried these when everything else wouldn't hold enough, and we often used diapers that we're small for adults and children that we're large. Although a diaper is a diaper, some companies just don't make those in-between sizes and designs that "just-fit". These diapers do what you need and I can honestly say that, my husband weighed 135lbs. And finding anything for him was either too small, or too big. And he was embarrassed to find anything that he thought he'd be made fun of for due to it not fitting, (even though no one seen them unless it was a doctor he is sensitive), and I convinced him to try these since they are made to fit young/and or small adults, teens, kids, etc. Aka, Anyone that fits. And when he tried these, there was a turning point when he was out and was embarrassed because he was so scared these was going to leak, so he actually said " I have to go home!! I think I might have a problem!!) Because he has incontinence with bowel (IBS+Constipation)&(stress/urge urinary incontinence), so I was concerned but on our hurry back home I said if you already started and can't hardly hold it "just go!?!?" So he did and it never leaked at all unlike anything he'd previously experienced! And now that's the second time along with some other reviews I've seen that they were outstanding! So now he uses them everyday and they fit amazing and work great, he also has been as much as 158lbs. And they still fit and we're barely even snug, so the size range is awesome, and the fit? Well I've never heard much about them being "annoying". In fact I've heard " these are comfortable" literally. So anyone out there looking for an answer in size/and or absorbensy, the answer is simply yes. Because there just isn't a no as long as they fit. Age, size, shape doesn't matter, as long as they are within the range they will work. Thanks good night's/kimberly Clark! The absorbency just keeps going down over the years, they used to be way more absorbent than they are now. And the new XL size is a bad joke, many people need larger versions of this product but they just slightly extended the outer shell, without extending the padding, that means even if someone manages to fit in them, they will have more leaks, because they don't have full coverage of the padding. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because their are actually worse products on the market. It's amazing how little people care about incontinent people, diapers aren't just for babies, please stop the age and size bigotry. And Please get the absorbency back to it's former level, the highest absorbency possible, I hate leaks. Isn't the whole point of these products to prevent leaks? Well you've failed.
