Loved these bottles at first. Kept drink cold for hours, easy to fill, open, and carry. But after only a month my daughter dropped her bottle and the lid busted. These aren't nearly as durable as I'd expect after dropping once it busts. Not sure who/how to contact to try and get lid replaced since I ordered online???

I purchased this less than 6 months ago and the lid is already broken.

I bought these and loved the first set so much I purchased another set unfortunately the second set do not stay cold and the bottles sweat.

These were great at first. After about a month of using, one of the lids completely cracked and broke off. Very disappointed.

Had my 2 for about a month and love them. Keeps ice water over night ! I’m buying 4 more for my kids

Loved this water bottle until the lid broke. It does keep water cold all day and is perfect for work and hiking trips

Great for a while, but rubber around the top broke.
