Solid stainless steel, much safer for cooking than aluminum pot. Great for making phở broth and boiling crab legs.

This pan seemed to be of nice quality. I have a glass top stove and I realized after receiving it that the size was overkill. It was way too big and very heavy and oversized on my stove/burner.
