I absolutely love Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon wine I’ve never been a big Cabernet Sauvignon drinker, but Austin Hope has made me love this wine as long as it’s made by them. The wine is very aromatic of a bit fruity and a bit sweet side. It’s very smooth, not bitter.

Love the wines but our last tasting experience was disappointing. The server we had rushed us and we felt like he didn’t care about us and cheated out of a wonderful experience. He came, poured a little and left. The other tasters around us got a lot of his time and attention as well as additional pours of wines not on tasting list. We just couldn’t understand the different treatment.

This wine has been my favorite wine for the last 6 years. I tell everyone about it. It goes with everything because I like it! The texture, the richness, the fruits, the complexity, the versatility of this wine is amazing. I visited your winery 6 years ago and was very impressed with your AHCab, buying 2 bottles, and joining as a member… so am sure most people do after trying this one. I can’t imagine another wine topping this one… regardless of the brand or price!

I am a wine club member at Austin Hope and have fallen in love with all their wines. Each has their own character. But when drinking the Cabernet you get this enchanting wine that is pleasant on the palate. I have come to refer to this wine as liquid velvet. A great price point for the quality of wine your friends will be never be disappointed when you pour this.

I have a very large wine cellar filled with many different wines, including some very expensive ones. I must tell you however, there are none that I enjoy more than your Cabernet. It is always an occasion when I open one for either my wife and myself or for friends. The wine is special

This is an amazing Cab Sauv with bold, yet smooth flavors and very approachable tannins. Whenever we have a special event (that supports red meat!) we try to pour this go to wine. (I am actually going to surprise some friends at a wine tasting in a couple of weeks by pouring this as a bonus! Just so they can experience this amazing Cab.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a glass of this wine at a restaurant in Atlanta. Loved it. Went to buy a bottle and discovered that I had also tasted it once before and loved it. Tasty Cab, jammy, but not too fruity. Perfect with or without food pairing.
