I have always bought this wine especially during my annual allocation. I have given it out as a gift with great cheers from my friends and family. The beautiful part of this cab is that it’s drinkable the day you get it or a few years down the the road. Funny I was flying to hawaii and the airline showed an Austin Hope cab for the high end restaurant. So don’t take my opinion, just buy a bottle and you’ll see.

I have a very large wine cellar filled with many different wines, including some very expensive ones. I must tell you however, there are none that I enjoy more than your Cabernet. It is always an occasion when I open one for either my wife and myself or for friends. The wine is special

I am an Austin Hope wine member and always get several bottles of the Austin Hope Cab. We had 8 friends over last week and did a blind taste test - 2 whites and 3 reds. Austin Hope was the favorite red for 7 out of the 8. They all really enjoyed it as much as I always do.

I am a wine club member at Austin Hope and have fallen in love with all their wines. Each has their own character. But when drinking the Cabernet you get this enchanting wine that is pleasant on the palate. I have come to refer to this wine as liquid velvet. A great price point for the quality of wine your friends will be never be disappointed when you pour this.

Decided to visit the winery after a glass of this cab was recommended by a local bartender. Decided to become an Austin Hope club member after sampling wines on site. This cab remains one of my AH favorites (though they're all great) because it is ALWAYS wonderful, never disappoints--regardless of the vintage.

It continues to be one of our go to favorites, and never disappoints. We’ve become loyal consumers of the brand, and the winery always provides us with the favorite tasting experiences for ourselves and guests. Our guests never fail to rave about the Cab, the other wines and that warm, fantastic Austin Hope experience!

Austin Hope Cabernet is beautifully rich, and it is the ultimate crowd pleaser. It is as easy a wine to drink, with bountiful flavors, as any that exists. I am not sure of its aging potential, for it seems light on acid relative to other cabs. But you won't want to age it. Down it/Enjoy!

We have been getting this great wine in our shipments for years and each year is just as great as the prior year. We belong to an International Wine Group(Knights of the Vine)We do a rate the reds every year. Each wine is served in a paper bag. Guess what wine won first place t last year. By the way Treana Blanc won our rate the whites last year.

Excellent balance of both red & black fruit but equal measure of acidity and silkiness. Lush to be sure, was surprised from the 2015 vintage on, with only minor variation between years. A great example of Paso Robles, the wine reflects the rolling hills in body and fragrances of the dry grasses, scrub oak trees and bracing Pacific - often warm, breezes. Love the area, my wife, friends and I loved the wine tasting at the vineyards.

Hot Day with our dog so they allowed us and another group inside with our pets - very accomodating. We were familiar with their distribution wines from home but had nver tried their upper end Austin Hope and Treana labels. Wine was great and we joined the 6 bottle club
