It would have been better if it weren't in a 3 gallon carton. Other than that, it was great.

It doesn't burn at a high temperature like canola oil or vegetable oil, makes your food nice and crispy and not dried out!

This oil is not as thick as others and i like the way that it doesn't splatter everywhere when frying food.
