I use this for frying my holiday turkey.  This oil is recommended for deep frying and it did the job.  No oily taste.  Just the delicious flavor comes with every bite.  This oil delivers great tasting fried foods.  It is on the expensive side but worth the outcome and taste.

I buy this brand of peanut oil every year to fry my turkeys.  After oil has cooled off I strain it back into the container and use it to fry chicken, fries etc.  It doesn’t hold the scent of previous foods fried and is reusable 5 to 6 times after straining it.

Specifically bought for fish frys, but also used for wings. Good value of a premium product and the taste is very good. Peanut oil does not burn as easy as other oils when deep frying, Ask any guest if they have peanut allergies.

Best oil for deep frying

This is the BEST Peanut Oil you can get! IMO. Use it All Year Long for Various Fry's but Especially for my Thanksgiving Cajun Deep Fried Turkeys! Can't Beat the Taste!

This peanut oil is fine. I was only disappointed when I found it at the same price at Smart %26 Final you get  1 and 1/2 more gallons was on sale for the same price!

Current price is $75.58 for 3 gallons compared to Smart %26 Final price of $54.99 for 4.5 gallons.

Price Too High

Great frying oil. Tastes good. But....horrible price. Over $45 for a couple gallons of cooking oil is ridiculous. Thats my review.

Be aware that this is refined peanut oil so this is equal to any other cheaper oils like vegetable oil/canola oil. Due to refined oxidation process all good things in the oil has been removed. Original/raw peanut oil will be thick and contains many nutrients but this is thin, clear oil and doesn't smell like Peanuts oil. Will not buy again.
