The very best oil to deep fry in . Turkeys , wings , fries , oysters, chicken pieces all come out superb at 350 degrees.

The oil itself was fine.it’s the price that’s outrageous!!!!!!!!!!. But had an unexpected family gathering and Walmart was the closest.

Good for frying turkeys!

I searched every store in my neighborhood trying to find Peanut Oil to fry two turkeys for Thanksgiving, but all stores were sold out. I took a chance ordering online and I was amazed to find that the product arrived on time as promised. Thanks to Walmart.com, the turkeys were delicious.

I used this oil twice so far, once for two whole chickens and once for French fries. The chickens where cooked in 18 minutes at 300f initial heat setting and at 275 during cooking. I also peeled and cut 9 large potatoes into fries and they came out great. The secret is to make sure the oil is at least 325f initially so the fries start cooking immediately. This way, they will not get saturated with oil.
