Bought these at the Hendersonville, TN store. Both Griff and Jessie were fantastic. The tires are great, quiet, ride smooth. I scheduled the install in-store, easy. On the day they started on time and completed the job quicker than expected. The communication was great.

The new tires made my 4 yearold car ride like new. Had to return the next day to replace a damaged stem. Regarding customer service staff: my experience with one was excellent. She was helpful and made sure they made the proper repairs to end my issues. She was wonderful. The other CSR I spoke to was dismissive and borderline rude. Seems in my local store I always get one or the other. NOTHING in between. My visit is a pleasure or NOT depending on how I'm treated, by how the staff is feeling that day.

My tire order was cancelled by the tire shop two days after ordering in store, no reason given. Still have not received refund after 11 days.
