Nothing, great product

A friend of mine suggested this to me. Since Samsclub web site doesn't list the actual Ingredients, I thought I post them here so that others can read & know before buying. Ingredients: :DEHYDRATED GARLIC, SPICES, SALT, PAPRIKA (COLOR), DEHYDRATED ONION, RED PEPPER".

Have used for years. Says no MSG.

Reasonably tasty seasoning. Tried on Salmon and shrimp and imparts a decent flavor and not overly spicy

I use this a lot so I don't mind that the minimum of 2 packs, this way I won't have to reorder so soon.

Tastes different than it did years ago. The his doesn’t have salt in it so that may be it. So good for people who don’t want added salt.

I've been using this for years. I started using it when I was making jambalaya on a regular basis. I also used it on feather bone regularly.

This is a great seasoning , good flavor, good shelf life, mixes well with anything. adds a nice kick. But if using at home, you may not be able to use it all up.

It gives a cajun flavor... More spicy than others. Also, not as salty, so kinda gotta play w/it. It's ok. I was expecting it to be a better combination of spice AND salt.

Slap-yo-momma goodness by shaker or spoon.
