Excellent tires

I have a Nissan nv200 van and I currently have 51,000 miles on these tires. I haul loads and drive all types of weather conditions and these are by far the best tires I have put on any vehicle I've owned. The dealership told me I would need to replace my tires on my van every 18,000 to 20,000 bcuz this vehicle eats up tires. Not true I'll stick with my Michelin crossclimate tires and I am only thinking of replacing them now because of some sidewall cracking. Love these tires

Very rough riding

These tires came on my new Chevrolet Express 2500 Explorer conversion van. I've driven Chevy conversion vans for 20+ years and have never experienced such a bad ride. Perhaps the tires are not the entire problem. All my previous vans were Express 1500's so perhaps that is part of the problem. I've lowered the tire pressures far below the door sticker recommendations and installed Monroe Reflex shocks for some improvement. The weight of the van is only slightly more than one-half what the tires are rated to carry so perhaps that is part of the problem. All I know for sure is I'm not happy.

sloppy handling

got 6 tires back in oct for my transit 350 hd, after 3 months of use during the winter season i can tell u that during windy days my van was getting pushed around on freeway @50mph n up which is scary considering these tires were recommended for my van. i feel like the traction on tires don't really fit the minimum requirements, my factory tires never had this kind of severe issue. would not be buying same tires for this vehicle.

e dubs, we'd like to get involved to get more information. We'd suggest having the tires inspected by the selling retailer (if possible). Have them contact us while you are there are the store so that we can come up with a solution.

Treadwear Issues

Currently have 230k miles on my truck, and have had LTX's on the truck ever since replacing the OEM at around 30k miles. I was constantly getting around 50k miles out of a set of tires. I change out the tires to these, and at 27k miles they have to be replaced already. These were more money than the LTX's, but definitely will not be putting these on the truck again.

Ride great but look narrow for the size

Just put 4 on the back of my 2012 Ram 3500 mega Cab and it has changed the vehicle in a good way. Replaced the Ameritrac that was stock. Result vibration and shaking is gone, they ride like a summer street tire and in two wheel drive grip how it did in four wheel drive. No more lack of traction when accelerating through intersections. The ride quality really reduces driver fatigue. Cant wait to get them on the front. Only complaint is that for the same size tire as the OEM they are way narrower and it looks kind of stupid on a duel rear wheels with such a large gap between them. Only other comment is at the recommended pressure the tread is substantially crowned as when a tire is over inflated. Basically only the middle of the tire is on the road. I will experiment lowering the pressure to the light load pressure of 40 psi and go from there.

Great ride and handling also stopping and griping the road is awesome !

What a remarkable difference ! I paid a little more than I wanted to but…..no regrets ! We took a 2600 mile round trip with these new tires and the performance was truly amazing ! Through the mountains and rain handling was a joy. I’m 77 years old and I’m willing to say, so far, these are the best tires that I’ve ever purchased.

No good for me unfortunately

I bought these tires a few days ago and they have a really bad sway factor going on. I'm hoping the dealership will help me out with exchanging them for an upgrade. Never had a problem before with Michelin but these cross climates don't work well with my work van. It's very unstable and doesn't feel right.

Dave, sorry to read this, but remember, as part of the Michelin Promise Plan, your tires have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Simply return to the selling retailer to have them swapped out. Have the dealer give us a call with any questions.

Poor tire durability. Not recommended.

Bought 4 Agilis CrossClimate tires for the rear wheels of our Mercedes Sprinter based RV. The first tire sidewall failure occurred at 8000 kms, and a second tire sidewall failure occurred at 24,000 kms. Unfortunately the second tire failure occurred 10,000 kms from home and we couldn't bring the defective tire back with us. There were no known causes, ie road conditions, for the tire failures. The local dealer refuses to offer any warranty or credit without the physical tire. Not impressed with either the tire or the dealer.

A Big Improvement over the Non-Defender LTX M/S

So while the original LTX M/S tires on our 12,000 lb. motor-home rode & wore well, they could not handle the loads and eventually failed. So these Agilis CrossClimate's replaced them, which to date have exceeded my expectations is all areas. So even though they seem to be a far harder commercial grade tire, they still ride & handle just great, while also being equally quiet. They also perform extremely well in the rain, where I've been able to really push them (as a trial) just to see what they are capable of. So assuming that they wear well, and don't fall apart down the road (especially since it's a commercial grade tire), I'm a very happy camper = I highly recommend them. And just maybe they work well for me, because they are loaded rather heavily, which is exactly why I purchased them, while not expecting all of the other benefits, including snow traction if I ever need it.

Great Minnesota all around SUV tire!

I live in Minnesota and with cold snowy winters and warm summers the best choice for tires is typically a snow or winter tire and an all season tire for summer. I have been looking for years for one tire to handle both summer and winter well. I finally found it when I bought the Agilis CrossClimate last November. It has been great on dry or wet pavement. Where it really shines is in the snow and ice. I know it is not a snow tire, but it is 90% there and handled wonderfully in the winter. I highly recommend this tire. I also recommend to Michelin to make this tire in a larger variety of sizes so it can be used on more SUVs.
