I have been using Luvs for my 2 year old and they are a good deal for the price. I recently had another baby and have found that the diapers are very poor for newborns. There is no flap on the back of the diaper to catch stuff from running out like there is on other brands newborn diapers. Since I breastfeed his bowel movements are very runny. I can't use luvs because my sons bowel movements are always exploding out the back. Other brands have a guard to catch it but only up to size 2. I think this guard should come standard on all diapers! Unfortunately I cannot use luvs because this leakguard is not there.

I got these and have been using them for nearly a month (they were on sale and money was tight) on my 11 month old. The first couple of days I noticed faint rashing/redness/irritation on his hips and figured I maybe put them on too tight. But then it appeared on his belly where the diaper made contact. Then finally on his testicles and all over his bottom, it made my husband panic thinking it was ringworm or something. We went one day without using them and the rash/redness/irritation was completely gone. Tried one more time and after one pee the rash was back. I don't know if it's the perfumes (I can smell a fragrance in it) or the absorbent gel giving him a reaction, but it's only this brand of diaper that's ever done it. Not using it if it's the last diaper on the shelf.

I have been buying Luvs since my first daughter was born, she is now 18 months. I have always been a loyal Luvs mom. Since the birth of my second daughter, who is now 3 months, the quality of the diaper has drastically changed. It fits poorly on both of my girls, I have tried a size up and size down with both of them just to see if that would help. As far as absorbency, there is none! I find myself constantly having to change diapers because there was a leak through. The tabs rip off so easily that I end up wasting diapers. It is very disappointing. I will more than likely be switching to a competitor shortly.

I received many diapers (thank GOD) from my baby shower and most of the small ones/newborns thru size 2 were either pampers or huggies and then someone gave me a box of LUVS that were a size 2 and she said she thinks they are the BEST diapers ever. So when my daughter graduated into a size 2 I opened the package of Luvs and thought how in the world will these thin diapers hold up to everything my daughter is putting out? So i tried them and lo and behold my daughter woke up in the morning and her clothes and the bed were dry and the diaper was completely FULL. I was blown away and have been a LUVS user ever since.....I AM LUVIN' LUVS! Thank you for making such a wonderful diaper at such an affordable price & for saving me from doing so much more laundry!

I love Luvs Diapers! They're not necessarily the cheapest on the shelf but they are cheaper than Pampers or Huggies. I can't stand the way Pampers & Huggies start to smell almost as soon as I put them on my little one. Luvs has never leaked even through the night and my girl is now 10 months old. My son (now 10 years old) wore Luvs when he was a baby and I loved them then just as I do now. So when I got pregnant with my 2nd baby, the choice was clear... Luvs all the way. I was given Pampers and Huggies as gifts this time around and used them so I didn't waste but I couldn't wait to open up my box of Luvs! I wish my grocery store sold the wipes, I'd love to try them too.

Hello I am mom of twins and one twin is bigger than the other one in diapers, so for the smaller twin she is still using the store brand diapers. Well I have noticed that i have to change her double the amount as the twin who wears LUVS. The store brand diaper fill up faster. I thought i was saving money by buying the cheapy diapers, but i have came to realize that loves is only $2 more so its not a big difference. I would rather pay the $2 more than have my other baby wet all the time.

Being a first time Grandma I had forgotten how many choices of diapers there are. Wanting to purchase diapers for Grandma house I would forget what kind my daughter like the best. I created a phase to help in remember the best ones to purchase. Love Luvs, Hate H------.

I just have to say that by far Luvs are the best diapers there are out there. I have tried all types of diapers, from cheap, store brand to expensive ones and Luvs are the best. Nothing protects against leaks like Luvs. The price is right too! Great, great diaper!

i love the great quality and asome value. i have used pampers and huggies i think they work just as well as pampers which are about 7-10 dollars more exspensive and i dont like huggies diapiers at all i think they are very rough one disadvantage that LUVS dosnt have. they are great they are the only diapers i use and they only diapers i will recomend to any new mother.

Luvs diapers are the perfect fit for my 3 children and my budget. They are just as good, if not better than the pricey brands. I have a 2 y/o, a 1 y/o and a newborn and all three wear Luvs diapers. The price and quality is a godsend for a mother on a budget. I don't have to worry about sudden leaks with Luvs. They are the best diapers I have tried yet.
