reply from The Luvs Team

We’re sorry to hear about your little one’s discomfort. We work very hard alongside parents, pediatricians, pediatric dermatologists, and safety experts to ensure our products are safe. Diapers can’t cause chemical burns because they are made of inert materials – materials that can’t create a chemical reaction. We understand this is hard on you and your baby. We'd be grateful for the opportunity to learn more about your experience and to help you further. We hope you will find a moment to call us at 1-800-632-7435.
