This was a massive hit at a childrens' party, both with the kids and adults. The kids loved throwing the helium baloons up into the ceiling fans and everyone loved inhaling the helium and singing Chipmunk songs!

The tank wouldn't inflate our balloons at all. I am confident there was only regular air within the tank. I would absolutely not recommend this bigger.
