[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging looks fun and exciting, making you excited to begin planning your party. The tank fills at least 50 balloons with helium. It seems pretty safe to use- even a child can use it safely.

It says it comes with everything you need for a celebration. All I got was the tank and a small thing of ribbon. Wonder what happened to the 50 balloons that were suppose to be included. Helium only last about 3 to 4 hours.
