Several balloons didn't float at all upon filling, others didn't last 3 hours, some . I'm not sure if the tank was old or what the issue is because the helium is not good quality. I have used smaller tanks of this brand before and never had the problem of balloons not floating at all. I wish it's read the reviews before purchasing. Not worth it

This came so convenient during our last party. It was so easy to use you just turn the valve for turns place the balloon on the nozzle and then push down and it releases helium.very efficient and worth the money

It quickly filled a balloon, and I was happy with how easy it was to use. I took away one star, because unlocking the tank with four counter clockwise turns was difficult to do without a wrench to loosen it. Because we were at home, we had a wrench readily available but might not have if we were holding a party at an alternate location.

This was very easy to use to blow up my daughter’s balloon for her 4th birthday. Other than that, I like the packaging and design and it seems very safe to use (if used properly of course). This is definitely a must have!

You see many “Great!” reviews, as well as “Horrible!” reviews. Truthfully, both are correct. I use these a lot for a balloon activity I do with senior citizens. Two-thirds of the time they are “great” and fill up a number of balloons over a couple of months. But about one-third of the time there’ll be a dud tank that fills up just a few balloons one day, then will be empty the next day. Because they’re more convenient and affordable than a professional tank—when they work—I recommend buying 2 or 3 tanks, just in case one is a dud. Of course, this works for me because I use them regularly so it makes sense to buy several. For a one-time user, you might want to comparison shop, professional tank or two of these.

I could not get the green knob to release the air the turn so I could not use the helium and I ended up having to manually blow the balloons. I am sure the value of the machine would have been very useful but since I can’t get the green valve to turn for use I can’t say that it is useful. If the machine is going to be packaged with the valve so tight maybe you should include a tool to help turn the green valve to use it.

To be able to blow up balone for a party at my house was such a convenience and much more cost effective. It is so easy to place the ballon on the nozzle and slightly push nozzle down or up and inflate. So as not to lose helium.
