Hello, I apologize for your experience with Balloon Time and the inconvenience it has caused with your event. We would like to learn more about what size balloons were being used for your event. Many decorative balloons are not designed to work with helium, as indicated on their packaging. <br /><br />Our tanks are designed to fill 30 nine-inch balloons, or 16 eleven-inch or mylar balloons with our small tank and 50, nine-inch balloons or 27, eleven-inch or mylar balloons with our jumbo tank. We take all reviews seriously and investigate each case so we can continue to improve our products.
