Hello, I apologize for your experience with Balloon Time and the inconvenience it has caused with your event. That is certainly not how our product should have performed. We would like to learn more about what size balloons were being used for your event. Our tanks are designed to fill 30 nine-inch balloons, or 16 eleven-inch or mylar balloons with our small tank and 50, nine-inch balloons or 27, eleven-inch or mylar balloons with our jumbo tank. There are a number of factors that may affect the float time of a balloon, including using balloons other than those supplied with the helium kits, the type of balloon being used, under- or over-inflating the balloon, as well as external factors such as temperature, humidity and altitude.
