They are comfortable but the headrests aren't prominent enough to have the TV in your line of sight while reclined. Requires the use of a neck pillow. The storage arms and USB charging port are nice touches and they were easy to un-box and assemble.

Very Comfortable.Love how fast it reclines and back to normal.Like the storage in the arm rests.Note: does not have heat or vibrate if that is what you want.Good value for the money.

6 ft tall almost worthless 5 ft tall would probably work good it's definitely not for an adult when sitting upright you have to lean your head way back to be able to touch your head to the headrest and then it's only at the bottom of your head feet hang 8 in off the footrest I am only 6 ft tall would not buy again looking to get rid of this one

Was delivered last week! This chair is amazingly beautiful and so comfortable. The delivery through Fed-Ex was a little trying but Sams Club Agents was on it! So happy with my chair. I cant wait to get home to it! I recommend this product and would buy again!

I just bought this from another vendor! Same price so no big deal on the price!!! So disappointed… it really looked like a heavy sturdy chair … when I tell you the side arms are so flimsy… The padding on the arms aren’t overlapping to the sides so if you don’t rest your arms in the middle it will hurt your elbows …

I bought this chair to replace one that broke. The chair is comfortable, but the legs don't reach the maximum height until the chair has almost fully reclined. It is supposed to be a theatre chair but to get legs up the chair is so reclined that you can't view a tv without additional pillow under head and shoulders. If there isn't a way to adjust how quickly the legs lift I'll have to return the chair to Sam's

Bought 2 of these during a cyber weekend sale for $300 each (1/2 the normal price). I have a bad back and I was concerned that they would be too soft and poorly constructed. However, I was quite surprised when i put them together. They were super easy to assemble and the cushions are firm and supportive. I wish I would've bought 4 of them while they were on sale.

A little too small for me, I am 6'2" and it is short on the foot end. Mechanism is fast, unlike other elec. chairs I have used. Doesn't have any USB outlets or other electric plug-ins. It should have a separate set of switches for the foot-feet and another set for the backrest. I want my feet up, but I want the back up also. Can't do it with this chair. How well it will hold up, I will have to let you know in the future as it is brand new right now.

Very nice theatre room power recliner (I bought 2). Both arm rest lift up and have storage and there are USB ports on the side of the chair. My only negative is the seats are hard. I have 2 other power recliners and they are soft and comfy. Otherwise - these reclines are really nice

I convinced myself this chair would be fine, especially for 50% off. Well, it’s not great. I compared the measurements to my La Z Boy and this chair is almost the same. However, I feel like I am a giant on this chair. I am 5’ 10” and feel I am a foot too tall for this chair. The next rest is also so far back it’s just so uncomfortable to enjoy.
