Chair back would not lock into position; called and emailed Abbyson the manufacturer and never heard from them. Instructions were not clear on how to "lock" the back

I bought two of the recliners and am impressed with the quality and cost of them. The only drawback is, you definitely have to have a pillow behind your head because they don’t have enough cushion there.

The recliner broke in extended position on the 3rd day. After initially being told a repairman would come to repair it, we have not had any action or replies to emails or calls.

Don't like this chair AT ALL!!! It's NOT comfy!! It sits weird. Your head doesn't touch the back cushion at all. Would NOT recommend this chair to anyone!!!
