Firm and large chair but reclines with your head backward so head hangs in the air unless you put pillow behind your head to lift up during TV watching. This is the only part I do not like that backrest and headrest do not have separate reclining controls. Otherwise chair is good.

I was really concerned about buying a recliner without first trying it out . But!! It’s great, seat is hard but I like that, I have osteoporosis on left side so my knee and back are not aching when I get up, well supported! I like the USB too. Thank you Sams great price on an Abbyson product. I love it!!

We absolutely love these chairs. My wife and I purchased during the Black Friday sale, when they were half off. The quality of these chairs is amazing! Firm, comfortable and spacious. Love the storage in the arms, the cup holders and the power recline! Well worth the cost. They definitely feel like $600 chairs.

after less than one year, the motor has failed. issues with power from the beginning. itsvseat is not very comfortable. dealing with customer service is a nightmare. sams outsources the the phillipines, so it is very hard to understand the reps. they follow a bad script for support. they sent fedex to pick up the bad chair but forgot to tell me i needed to box the chair for fedex, so fedex refused to take it. who has a big box at home to ship a large item. my replacement chair has not shipped, and the rep could not give a timeline. i will not buy furniture at sams again. i had a similar issue buying a diamond ring at sams, so 2 things scratched off from buying at sams.

The Lexington chair was delivered a day earlier which was nice and unusual. It was easy to put together and feels firm and comfortable. Hopefully, it will last for more than 5 years which is what I got from another vendor and paid more than twice what I paid for this chair.

Love the recliner

We bought 1 for our daughter's housewarming. After helping her set hers up and trying it out I went home and ordered another one to replace my almost new recliner that was too low for me to get out of easily.(The Sam's recliner is about 2-2 1/2" taller at the seat; I have a permanent back injury and also hips and knees replaced.) I just placed the order for mine so I haven't been able to actually test it out yet but it seemed better when I tried it at our daughter's.
