Happy hubby!!!

Chair feels good to hubbie and myself. He's tall and does wish it was a bit longer but he does find it comfortable for his achey back. It's nice and I'm buying myself one.

Satisfied Customer

When I received my chair it looked exactly like the picture. Very comfortable and it did come with an USB Port as the description do not indicate it has one.

Great Purchase!

Bought this chair for my 85 y/o mother who loves it. Very comfortable, great lumbar support, easy to use and reach buttons. She loves the deep storage compartments and cup holders. Made her very happy.

Got a new electric recliner.

the chair is pretty comfortable but the one that I thought was getting had a padded head rest and lights in the cup holders. The foot rest could be a little longer to make it more comfortable.

Not worth it

The chair worked great for the first couple of years. But after that, the controls didn't work anymore. The battery didn't charge any device and customer service was non. Existent, so now I have a chair that doesn't recline or charge.

Am I really the only one who cant simply figure out how to put the back of the chair onto the base? It's supposed to "lock into place" but there's a metal piece in the way preventing it from locking. Over 4 hours now, can't figure it out.

I am 5.2 can't imagine a taller person in this chair. Arm rests are too short. Not a soft comfortable chair. The chair slides backward on my tile floor when getting up. Wish I tested this chair in Sams- on line only.

Not a great recliner.

Headrest doesn’t recline. It puts us in an awkward position especially when we are using it in media room without a headrest recline. You might need a small pillow to support your head in recline position.
