Replaced the original equipment tires (non-Michelin) on my 2006 Ford Explorer. What a difference, better handling, wet weather traction, and over all ride. Have nearly 15K miles and no sign of wear. These tires should last forever if I rotate them regularly.

These tires have been amazing. The noise from our last tires, has been eliminated with these Michelins. Our gas mileage has increased as well. We used to think our truck pulled around corners, once we replaced our tires, that has all stopped. Probably the only complaint is that we can't REALLY off-road when we go to Colorado. The ply isn't the best, so we have to stay off the rock roads. We have so enjoyed the quiet ride, the handling around corners and the better gas mileage, that we are going to buy our son Michelin's for his car for a wedding gift.

After being disappointed in the factory set of tires that came on my Tahoe when I purchased it new. I was looking for a tire that performed well in all seasons, lasted more than 20,000 miles, improved ride and handling, and lasted at least 60,000 miles. Being so estaticly impressed after close to 80,000 miles of use that included checks in all my boxes and a improvement in gas mileage I purchased my second set that boasts a longer lasting tire. I have no doubt my Michilens will continue to impress and hopefully lead to my third set!

Absolute superior ride. Great change over factory installed American General. Immediately noticed better when pulling my 2.5 Ton dual axle travel trailer. Quiet Ride. Tire is a bit heavier, and I loose about 1 mile per gallon, but so what! The tire outperforms. Traction is good, but up hill on gravel may present with a slight traction loss when not in 4 wheel drive. But I love these tires!!!!

I live in the country and have built a house but not made a drive way. So basically I have a dirt drive way which gets muddy when it rains. My truck does not get stuck with these tires. They are wider, taller, and aggressive in getting my truck out of mud and soft areas. Tires are very good on saving gas. Tires dig in deep when its raining on the road and give me great traction! The tires slow down my truck's acceleration on the road. It takes me longer to achieve speed compared to the cheap tires I had before. Other than that one thing, everything else is excellent.

I have been reviewing tires on line and came across the new MICHELIN LTX A/T2. I own a Dakota 2008 SXT original tires, which from day one handle poorly in rain and snow. If it was light rain and I'm at a light and started to go the tires in back fish tail. All the comments on the MICHELIN was about price. Now here is the kicker, Hurricane Sandy 10-29-2012 I was @ the Ford Dealer in Hamilton NJ having them installed. It was raining when I left and windy and not @ 1 time did I fish tail or lose control. The tires did exactly what the tires was made for. I work for the USPS in Hamilton NJ as a Tractor Trailer Operator and that whole weekend I had to be in. I drove my truck to work during the day and going home during the night when Hurricane Sandy was @ full force. I went through floods and the wind pushing up on me, and when I had to break the tires handle the roads. When all and done the storm passed, as I look back, I paid good money for the tires but it was well WORTH it. As long as I own any vehicle I will buy 1 Tire Brand Only. Today I replaced a set of Michelin LTX A/T2 tires that had 95,737 miles on them!!! Honestly, I probably could have gotten 5K to 6K more miles out of my set but I chose not to push it. I am a huge, avid fan of my Michelin LTX tires and I tell all those that will listen to me. I've never seen or experienced a set of tires that performed so beautifully in my life. This will be the brand and type of tires I stay with for the rest of my days!!! Thanks Michelin!

Myself & my wife slid off an ice covered in slow motion . We ended up in the ditch that had over a foot of snow in it . I put the truck in four wheel drive . Rocked it a few times , it came right out of the ditch and we were on our way. I really think these tires saved us a road service call and a night in the ditch !

Put on a set of A/T2's as prep for a trip around the country towing a 35" fifth wheel. We park the fifth wheel and travel to points of interest in the pickup. To date we have put on 13,658 miles in 90 days on paved, gravel and dirt roads. The tires look almost new and my only complaint would be that they pick up a substantial amout of gravel in the tread. It appears to be a small inconvience for a great tire.

I've owned these tires for 4.5 years now and have 30,000 miles on them so far, tread still measures 10/32 (14 to start). On my 4Runner they have been nothing short of excellent. Just went 4wheeling/hunting in 6 inch snow, up some amazingly rough goat trails and was never in danger of losing traction. WOW! Mind you in some parts I was in 4 low with the rear diff lock engaged. The only concern is that I won't put on enough annual mileage before they start to crack. Very Small cracks have started to show between the tread blocks.
