I have been using this for years and it is amazing!!

I ordered a case of this and never received it due to damage during shipping. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Then had to reorder again. I never received it again due to damage during shipping and again had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Sam's claims that it's a third party vendor so I can't even talk to them directly to find out what keeps happening. I would like to try again but as the saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

The liquid inside has no smell and it look like water is the only solution inside. Very disappointing.
