Very nice that it has 3 light options. Very lightweight and thin. It would be better if it was rechargeable, so it could be portable, but it sits on a desk nicely. Kids (9 and 11) like it.

I need some help!

I purchased 3 of these for my grandkids. We have tried everything but they are unable to see the picture below to trace. We are using paper for our printer and maybe that is too thick. Is there something we are doing wrong?. Please help. I don't want to return them. Would love for them to work.

Dear Sherri,<br />I am so sorry to hear about the issues you are having tracing with the Ultra Thin Light Pads you purchased for your grandchildren. I totally understand your frustration and the children’s disappointment. If the light is not shining through the photo, we suggest printing the photograph on copy paper to allow the light to come through. Using copy paper as tracing paper should work just fine. If there is anything else I can do for you, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Disappointed

I was so excited to receive this pad but want to throw it out my window. It's so much darker than I anticipated and makes it much harder to see what I'm using on it. This has a dark covering on the screen which I think if weren't there, would make seeing things easier.
