Marvel's Spider-Man Half Sheet Cake

I feel like thisbis one of those what i ordered vs what i got! So not happy!

Good cake, but they spelled my daughter's name wrong. Laser printed so it wasn't fixable.

I placed my order and paid 48hrs before pick up at 4pm, June 29th. When I approached the bakery section there was a sign that said, "sorry for the inconvenience." I found a worker who informed me the kitchen had no water so I was handed a plan white sheet cake!! The cake didn't have ANY decorations. NO one called or texted to inform me of the situation prior to pick-up. My nephew and family members were highly disappointed!!!

Highly Disappointed!!

The cake tasted very delicious. Everything looked perfect. We were very happy with it. I highly recommend. We had the buttercream frosting.
