I bought the cross climate 2s for my VW GTI and the suv version for my BMW X5 and I was able to finally test it in the snow. Everything that I expected from the reviews. Felt completely in control on the roads. Pay a little more to get the best performance. Great investment!

Just got these yesterday. The ride quality is very good. Stopping, quick lane changes, curved entrance and exit ramps all good. However there is a rumbly sound. Its is evident at low speed like in a parking lot or neighborhood or at interstate speeds it gets more noticable as you go faster.

It's relatively quiet, smooth on dry pavement, safe on wet roads, and good in wintry roads that are plowed. So-so on ice, as it slides in the direction of the crown of the road when coming to a stop on an icy intersection, but getting moving again, no issues. But... deep wet snow, it's too easy to break traction, since the long tread blocks, while it's good for grip when it's not snowing, makes it difficult for it to cut through the denser wet snow. Yes, my car was initially on Eco drive mode, but then had to switch to a off-road mode to get going again.

Well, I JUST filled out the Warranty papers - I bought the tires in September, 2023 & it's now late April, 2024. Being a 74 year old woman, I am NOT wild about the fact that in order to register my Warranty, I had to kneel down in my garage to get the DOT number. Why the heck doesn't their Dealer put that on the Sales Slip ? To me, that's something Micheling should control. Anyway, they're on the back, where I had a puncture of one of my tires. I don't notice much but I DO test them when in rains and I'm in a safe place. I go about 45MPH and slam on the brakes. They perform well. That's what I am most interested in so I'm happy with my tires.

Second set I’ve purchased. First set still performs very well after three years and 50k miles on a Highlander. This set replaced Bridgestones which came new on the RX350. Those were noisy and did not ride well from day one. These CrossClimates are amazing and made the vehicle ride and sound sooo much better.

I've had these tires on my 2011 Honda Pilot for the last 3 winters, these tires are exceptional in everyway. I'm 55 and have driven over 1.5 million kilometers so far. I live in Ontario and have family in New Brunswick, we drive to NB a minimum of 3 times a year. Christmas, March Break and summer. We have experienced every weather condition imaginable on these journeys. The Michelin Cross climate 2's handle anything that it has thrown at it. They have exceptional traction in all weather conditions. I have put approximately 70,000 Km on them and they handle just as incredibly as the first day they were put on the vehicle. The wear is even and consistent on all 4 corners of the Honda. I recommend these tires to anyone I meet. There is also the added bonus of never having to change or store winter tires again. These are the best tires I have ever driven on, I always feel safe and confident when travelling anywhere with these on my vehicle.

Bought these 23 months ago. Used on a 2010 Rav4 V-6. also upgraded to an 18-8 inch rim to run a larger stock size and they run awesome! Mostly dry weather, but rain in AZ can be heavy and they do well. Also great traction for all season if in some snow. Seem to be wearing very well, but I keep up on checking pressures and rotations.

If you are a smooth driver, not pushing your car hard and drive carefully in winter conditions this is the best tire for you. Great performance on wet, slushy, snowy roads. Great summer performance in Toronto weather. Very comfy with little road noise. Used on both of our cars Subaru Legacy and Chevrolet Trax without any issue.

I bought a set of CrossClimate 2 this spring of 2021. I know Michelin tires are one of the best tires out there. In my rating, CrossClimate 2 in different categories. Traction in dry condition: 3/5 Wet traction: 5/5 Braking: 4.5/5 Comfort: 4/5 Road Noise: 4/5 Looks: 3.5/5 Snow traction: to find out Value for money: 4/5 Needs to improve: Traction You will notice the difference right away on handling.

Although I've only had these for a short time and have traveled a relatively short distance by many standards they seem to be at least as good as any other tires I've owned and are far superior to most. They've proven to be especially good at handling conditions that have caused hydroplaning for me with other tires -- torrential blinding rainstorms on stretches of interstate with bad drainage for example.
