Poor customer service, ordered 2 of king, only 1 came, then on call for 30 mins, they replaced the order, never came, never even shipped, on call with customer service for 30+ mins again, replaced another order, a month later, still haven't came, the shipping status is in process, never shipped, emailed multiple times. still not arrived. So frustrating.
