I cook often and take my leftovers to work a lot. This set is great because I can reheat my leftovers in the toaster oven in the break room. The size of these containers are also great for cooking food for a family or friend in need of some cafe. You can write on the lid what the item is, the date it was made, and the date it needs to be reheated by. The only thing I don't like about the lid is that it seems to be flimsy thin cardboard.
