This has it all, like the light, cleans throughly

Compared to the last two competitor seat, both of which succumbed to corrosion of the circuit boards, this seat design looks more robust and a much more sleek design, especially with the wall mounted remote.

Everything worked as advertised. Assembly and attachment to toilet base was very easy. User instructions are not vey thorough and there is no step by step guidance on how to set up user preferences.

I purchased two of these Slim Twos (one for each bathroom), and our rear-ends couldn't be more pleased. Between the heated seats and the warm water, this is a homerun! Great value for such a fullyl featured Bidet!

I bought my slim 2 last spring and it was great. Recently I am having problems with the unit not spraying water. The nozzle comes out but that's about it. What I have found to help fix the problem sometimes is to shut off the water supply and flip the whole unit up. There is a water pressure valve or cover that I have to open to release the pressure. I lock that valve back and everything seems to work normally for a few days and I would repeat the cycle. I can't really recommend this unit because of that. I also have the bio bidet bb-600. That unit is much older but still working well for me.

I bought my bidet a month ago and hadn’t tried it until recently because we were having a very hard time getting the old Kohler toilet seat… but it was worth the wait!! I love my Bio Bidet Slim 2 and the features that it has. My favorite feature is the warm seat especially during these cold upcoming winter months. The warm water feature is awesome too. It’s small tank of warm water but seemingly justttt enough. I love the wireless control that comes with it too! It’s super user friendly and easy to use even if you are new to bidets like me! It also was pretty easy to install… certainly easier than getting the old toilet seat off which we had to saw off. Worth it!! Just a heads up, I feel like electrical cord is catered towards people with new homes and a specific outlet NEXT to the toilet to plug in, so the cord is quite short and I needed to get a compatible extension cord. It doesn’t look great considering my outlet is above my sink but I’m gonna make it work because I love my new bidet. I def recommend this product for its features and good price. I bought my bidet a little over a year ago. Though the mechanics of it have worked as expected & do the job well, the structure & construction of the seat and lid has been disappointing to say the least. First I will discuss the construction of the seat itself. This may be something that doesn't bother most, but due to my circumstances, I have first hand experience in needing to completely clean & sanitize this seat. It became apparent right away that the many grooves in the seat are extremely hard to clean feces out of & get sanitary. I hope this is just an oversight on the part of the designers and will be coŕected in future models. The biggest issue is the material used to construct the bidet. The seat, lid & even the casing for the mechanical & computer parts of rhetorical bidet are all made of plastic. This may not be a problem for someone of small stature. But I am overweight, my daughters are heavier than I am & my husband outweighs all of us by at least 200 lbs. This means the structure of the seat should be very sturdy. Your bidet seat is not. Cracks in the seat started developing within 6 mos. of purchase,and are so bad now that I have to replace the bidet. I would love to add pictures, but they are on my phone, not my tablet.

My wife and I used the fancy toilets in Japan and always wanted to own one in our home. Due to the toilet paper shortage, we began our research and found Bio-Bidet. We purchased the Slim One Bidet and have never looked back. A few guests who have visited us and have used the toilet left our bathroom only to let us know: "well, that was an experience," We have recommended Bio-Bidet to just about everyone we have talked with or visited us. Fairly easy install and use. Love it!

Comfortable seat and features are great, but the biggest problem is the weak material used to create the seat. Rubber toilet bumpers all cracked, bracket holding the seat is already cracked and cleaning of nozzle is difficult when there's dirt or stains in the hole. Would not be buying this product again.
