We bought this three years ago. Saves toilet paper. Cleans better than anything else. This should be in every house. Once you try it, you won't regret it. Buy a cheap bidet first. If you like it? Buy a more expensive one. I have recommended three friends and close relatives to buy a bioBidet and they love it very much. It is easy to install and has not leaked. Make sure to reapply lube on the o-ring to make it last longer just in case.

Works as expected. The only minor suggestion I have is to make letters on control panel a bit more visible.

no longer sprays water even after hard reset . Seat developes little small black dots all over, especially on sensor side. Hinges show cracks on both sides. So disappointed

This is our 2nd bidet. One is elongated and one is round. We loved the first one so much we had to add another. Easy install. The warm water and heated seat features are awesome. These are great quality products and at a great price.How did we ever live without them!

This is our 3rd Bidet, two Bio Bidet of different models and one Toto. This compares well to our more expensive Toto, am happy with features and quality. Installation fairly straight forward if you have an outlet handy. I did not so took some effort to add an outlet in a good location in bathroom. Only issue I had is wish it had a right angle electrical plug to keep the cord tighter to the wall and be easier to plug in with a tight space. Not going to take a star off for that though.

The installation videos are SO out of date it's ridiculous and I just cannot give this exceptional product 5 stars. I had to figure out how to install it because they have updated to a rubber gasket bolt-on locking system. Which is awesome! But a little guidance would have been nice. The gaskets go through the seat holes in the toilet (a little lubricant helps). Far superior to the previous model. And unless you have a new water supply line, attach the T to your water supply hose before attaching to the tank, it's easier in a tight spot. It's a great device at a great price.
