Terrible allergic reaction and high-risk additives

I tried this and had a horrible allergic reaction to something in the soup. After investigating what may have cause the reaction, I found it contains 2 high-risk additives (sodium phosphate and poly glycerol esters of fatty acids) along with an extremely high amount of sodium. Allergic reaction aside, I wouldn't buy this again due to the health risks of the ingredients.
