We just love this chesse, it melts perfectly and it has the perfect flavor!

This cheese has changed, we used to love it. It's no good anymore and we'll have to look for a different brand.

Not the same cheese

Creamy taste, firm texture. Very pleased. Everything that a good Monterey Jack Cheese should be. This one is very close in taste and texture as Tillamook's.  Not as creamy, but still pretty creamy. Could barely taste the difference in a blind taste test.
