Creamy taste, firm texture. Very pleased. Everything that a good Monterey Jack Cheese should be. This one is very close in taste and texture as Tillamook's. Not as creamy, but still pretty creamy. Could barely taste the difference in a blind taste test.

This cheese has a wonderful texture and taste. And it melts beautifully! And you simply cannot beat the price.

Great for everything

I usually don't buy this large a package because it takes a while to go through it and will start to go bad, but I found that I can buy this size and cut it down into 4 chunks and use a bag sealer to keep the portions still fresh in my refrigerator.
