Have always had good luck with Lifetime products. However, this chair did not meet expectations. It had only been used a few times and the backrest came loose. It was a poor design. The similar model 2180 seems to be more well designed and has stood up much better.

WE BOUGHT THESE FOR OUR SCHOOL AND USED FOR GRADUATION. WE HAVE USED FOR VETERANS DAY, GRANDPARENTS DAY, BAND CONCERT AND ALL PROGRAMS. THESE CHAIRS ARE DRESSY AND I AM PROUD TO SE THEM UP THEY LOOK SO NICE. EASILY TAKE DOWN AND PUT AWAY WITH THE CART.

Excellent folding chair that will hold up to 500 pounds and I’d very sturdy. Contoured seat is generous for larger people and extremely comfortable. Even though it is not marketed as a shower chair, I use it for that purpose. It is weatherproof, so water doesn’t hurt it. Extremely sturdy and comfortable so there is no fear of falling for people up to 500 pounds. I purchased round “Scotch Anti-Slip Tips” because I could not find any rectangular tips. They worked great and conformed perfectly for the feet of the chair to prevent slipping and scratches to shower base. I highly recommend this fantastic chair. It is exactly what I have been looking for for several years.

These chairs are incredibly strong. I'm a big (heavy) guy, and my girlfriend had four dainty and delicate chairs at her dining room table that I was always afraid I would break. How embarrassing would THAT be? So one day I bought one of these chairs and brought it over to her house to use while I was there. I'm not sure how much weight these will hold, but they are built SOLID and I'm no where near whatever the weight limit for them is. Anyway, my girlfriend liked them so much that she replaced all her delicate chairs with them and gave the old ones to her tiny little nieces to use. Lifetime chairs are the best!

My church has a number of these chairs which we use on a regular basis both inside and out. However recently we have lost a few of the plastic feet, so I called in regarding obtain replacement feet. The lady that helped me was awesome and promptly sent me a dozen replacements at no cost. I received them in a couple of days and they work just fine. I was extremely pleased with the ease of contacting the right department, the fact that a real person answered the phone immediately and fulfilled my request within minutes. Again - great product and great service. Thank you!

Our community organization purchased 60 each Classic folding chairs (item #42803) and 10 each 8-ft commercial banquet tables (item #42984) in April 2014. The tables & chairs have provided excellent service for 9 years and show very little wear. The non-padded chairs are surprisingly comfortable. We currently own 25 of these great chairs and love them! They get used a lot with our large family gatherings. They're easy to put up and take down. They are a little on the heavy side (which I like because they're heavy duty) and awkward to carry more than two at a time but that's ok because they look great and work great.

I had chairs that were damaged in the same spot I thought maybe a manufacturing defect(the underside of the seat on the right side) I sent an email to inquire about the issue and the warranty dept took care of my claim really fast, we didn’t have receipts for the chairs but everything was still taken care of. We will continue to purchase Lifetime products and recommend to friends and family. This is a company that truly stands behind their products!!!

I was getting married, my wife was planning the whole thing. It was a very busy time for her she had a lot on her plate. Anyways she was so busy doing invitations, table center pieces, the cake, a minister to marry us, she did everything. We were set to get married, and thought that we had everything. The day before our wedding she realized that we had no chairs for our ceremony. I knew exactly where I could find some. I went to the lifetime store in Clearfield and picked up all the chairs we needed. They were great chairs and it was an awesome price. I understand that they are only chairs but my wife's special day was complete once we got them.
